Thai yoga is a 2,500-year-old Asian healing art from India that incorporates yogic stretching, passive joint movements, and acupressure applied to the larger muscles of the body. Thai yoga is great for releasing stress and muscle tension, and also for increasing flexibility. Learn about Thai Yoga at The Healthy Loft or click here to book a session.

We do allow walk-ins, but because of our small class sizes, our classes tend to fill up quickly. For this reason we recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a spot.
To be fair to your fellow students, do not reserve a class unless you have every intention of attending. We do require 24 hours’ notice in order to refund you the cost of the class you reserved.
Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes early and stay until the end of class. We encourage you to introduce yourself to fellow classmates and to socialize until class begins. If you arrive late, please quietly find your space and join in. Make sure your cell phone is on silent mode so as to not disrupt the class. Should you need to take a call, please excuse yourself and take the call in the lobby.
