Kids Yoga Camp @ The Healthy Loft

Kids yoga develops lifelong skills that your child will carry with them – off the mat – into every moment of their day. This 4 week camp will develop these skills through:

  • Music
  • Storytelling
  • Games
  • Fun props
  • Various breathing exercises

While your child is having fun use this time for a walk by the water, time with a friend, pampering yourself, or simply running your errands!

Gentle Yoga Class at The Healthy Loft

Gentle yoga is an all-level class that moves through asanas (poses) one at a time or with a flow. Specific attention is given to alignment and the student’s physical abilities and limitations. Props are used when necessary to aid or enhance a pose. Pranayama and meditation are also introduced in this class.

Increase strength, flexibility, clarity of mind and energy as we connect one yoga pose to another in coordination with our breath and natural movements creating a rhythmic flow.  This class is designed for students who have yoga experience.

Balance mind and body as we build upon the basic foundation of yoga with an eclectic mixture of postures drawn from various yoga traditions.  This class emphasizes on and integrates use of props, individual modifications, breath work & relaxation creating a practice for all levels of ability.
