Prenatal Yoga can help aid in feeling great during your pregnancy and help with an easier delivery.  In our class you will learn to relax and reduce stress and anxiety, stretch to keep fit, and learn different breathing techniques.   Pre Registration is required.

Balance mind and body as we build upon the basic foundation of yoga with an eclectic mixture of postures drawn from various yoga traditions.  This class emphasizes on and integrates use of props, individual modifications, breath work & relaxation creating a practice for all levels of ability.

Gentle Yoga Class at The Healthy Loft

Gentle yoga is an all-level class that moves through asanas (poses) one at a time or with a flow. Specific attention is given to alignment and the student’s physical abilities and limitations. Props are used when necessary to aid or enhance a pose. Pranayama and meditation are also introduced in this class.

Increase strength, flexibility, clarity of mind and energy as we connect one yoga pose to another in coordination with our breath and natural movements creating a rhythmic flow.  This class is designed for students who have yoga experience.
