Our Services FAQ
All of our instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs), and are registered with the Yoga Alliance.
We have a certification in Thai Yoga Therapy from the Lotus Palm School.
We do allow walk-ins, but because of our small class sizes, our classes tend to fill up quickly. For this reason we recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a spot.
To be fair to your fellow students, do not reserve a class unless you have every intention of attending. We do require 24 hours’ notice in order to refund you the cost of the class you reserved.
The Healthly Loft – More Than Just A Yoga Studio
At The Healthy Loft, we’re a community – a community of people just like you who are interested in learning how to live healthier, more balanced and enriched lives. Our instructors are here as your guides, to work with you toward achieving your personal goals. Here are some of the ways that The Healthy Loft differs from a traditional yoga studio:
- We Emphasize the Sense of Community
- We Offer Small, Personalized Group Classes
- We Carry What We Learn on the Mat to Life Outside the Studio
- We Teach You the Tools That Cumulatively Provide for a Healthy Lifestyle
Whether you’re looking to relax, strengthen your body, or boost your energy, we can develop a program just for you that will help you realize your goals. See the chart below for a listing of all the services we provide.
