Kids Yoga Class FAQ

Are You Registered With Yoga Alliance

All of our instructors are Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs), and are registered with the Yoga Alliance.

Can I Participate In The Class

Kids Yoga Classes are for the kids! Teaching them to be confident on their own is a big part of our purpose in conducting these classes. We do, however, offer Mommy & Me Classes.

What If My Child Doesn't Like It

We tell our adults to try 3 yoga classes before deciding it’s not right for them, and we suggest the same for the Kids Yoga Classes.

Is There A Discount For Siblings

We offer a 10% discount for any additional children that you want to enroll.

What Does My Child Need To Bring

The most important thing to bring is an open heart and mind. We do have yoga mats available to use, but if you feel more comfortable bringing your own please do. A nice big towel and a water bottle would be essential.

What Does My Child Need To Wear

A simple loose t-shirt and sweatpants or work out pants will suffice for a yoga class.

Do I Need To Register For A Class

We do allow walk-ins, but because of our small class sizes, our classes tend to fill up quickly. For this reason we recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a spot.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy

To be fair to your fellow students, do not reserve a class unless you have every intention of attending. We do require 24 hours’ notice in order to refund you the cost of the class you reserved.
